Since the New Year’s holiday fell on the first Tuesday of this month, the very first Free LEGO Mini Model event for the year 2013 was moved to this coming Tuesday, January 8th, 2013. It starts at 5pm and goes until supplies last at any LEGO store near you.

During this free LEGO Mini Build, kids aged 6 to 14 will learn to build a special LEGO model. Once it’s done, the kids can take theirs home for free. The event is pretty popular, so make sure you come early enough to get your free mini LEGO model.

For the month of January, the kids will be learning how to build mini LEGO Igloo & Penguins.
